DELIVERY IN SEVERAL PHASES 2002/2003/2005

This operation took place on an occupied site, in three phases. It incorporated the "export" dimension of the project, from design to construction (materials, supplies, qualification of local businesses).

The first phase saw the construction of the Consulate and the Treasury, buildings which are open to the public and which will involve the management of long queues. The Consulate is located in a highly wooded site. At ground level, covered with a green roof, it retains the views of existing Embassy, particularly towards the Niger. The building is organized around three halls open to the public.

The second phase consisted of the construction of an office building and a temporary accommodation unit for the Police International Technical Cooperation Services (SCTIP)

The third phase was the major renovation of the French Embassy and the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service (SCAC). This project involved the entire building, including its facades. The offices are redistributed.
