The Normandy Region, in close collaboration with the Academic Region of Normandy, wishes to build a Normandy International Digital Innovative High School Campus (CLIINN). The latter aims to be innovative in many areas and the Region places its construction project at the crossroads of multiple dimensions, from education to the territory, with the young Normans as a primary concern.
The CLIINN site is located on vacant land in the town of Bourg-Achard in the Eure department, half an hour from Rouen. This high school campus aims to accommodate:
1,000 students;
250 interns including 100 international;
an educational community made up of teachers and administrative and technical staff;
day students (professionals, residents, high school students from other high schools, etc.).
To meet the current challenges of educational change and new high school courses, this project is innovative where architecture is at the service of education, thus promoting an innovative object (modular, adaptable, etc.) whose concept is profoundly oriented towards its users, their ambitions, their host region and their future.
