In order for our projet to integrate itself into the future « Vivre l’ilôt Pasteur » urban project, we implement templates and sequencing ensuring the emergence of green spaces and green breakthroughs at its heart.
Four buildings, from biggest to smallest, separated by gardens, punctuate the depth of the building site.
On rue Pasteur, a four-storey building is aligned with the street across the entire width of the plot.
From this building, a porch passageway opens to a planted alley distributing the three other buildings ; the two central ones are shaped into East-facing staircase terraces.
Situated at the end of the planted alley, the fourth building is shaped into South-facing staircase terraces.
The garden, planted alley, green terraces end roofs all offer a strong vegetal identity to this composition.
