Our founding act: reserving a very large part of the land for the creation of a park and the re-vegetation of the site.
We want to bring out a contemporary and innovative urbanization, we can no longer "look elsewhere", while our house is burning.

This revegetation strategy for the heart of the block aims to promote biodiversity and fight against heat islands. We also want to imagine new uses in the city. For that we need space. We are inspired by the continuity of the green fabric of Pré Saint-Gervais, which has been part of the urban fabric for a long time, with its garden cities, its alignments of trees, its villas.

We immerse ourselves in the identity of Pré Saint-Gervais and invent new uses. Our buildings alternate two treatments and remain at the scale of the suburb building. The site and its heritage become creative supports, and we favor choices of materials in harmony with the context.
